Ready to get in shape? Love the idea of getting your body in optimum shape without the drag of going to a gym to do rep after rep? This class is for you.
We use basic capoeira moves to condition your heart and body. It works on your cardio, strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility all wrapped up in one workout.

This is as important as cardio and any other training to keep the body flexible and help muscles recover.
